Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work every other weekend schedule
• No on-call responsibilities
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Medical Surgical experience required
• First time travelers welcome
• EPIC electronic medical systems experience required
• Required to float across Med Surg units throughout the hospital
• Patient ratios: 1:4/5 during day shifts; 1:5/6 during night shifts
• Care for Med Surg patients and all surgical cases except ortho and spine
• Work on 46-bed unit
• Scrubs required: Black or Blue
• Weekly orientation dates available every Monday
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Iowa nursing license required
• Skills checklist specific to medical surgical discipline required
• Professional reference from charge/supervisor/nurse manager within 24 months preferred
