Opportunity:

RN - CVICU

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment in a combined medical ICU, surgical ICU, CVICU, and neuro ICU unit
• Work in a unit consisting of two sections: a 14-bed unit and a 12-bed unit
• Patient placement determined by bed availability rather than reason for admission
• Maintain 1:2 staffing ratio with occasional 1:3 for ICU patients
• May float to CVCU during low census with 1:4 staffing ratio
• May float to ED to care for hold patients with same patient ratios
• Care for pediatric patients when helicopter transport is unavailable
• Work 5 days out of six weeks for weekend coverage
• No on-call responsibilities
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• Oklahoma nursing license required
