Opportunity:

Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Minimum 24 months of X-Ray experience required (hospital/medical center experience prioritized)
• Must be proficient in operating Siemens general radiography equipment
• Experience required with Carestream portable units, GE OEC C-arms, and Medtronic O-arm
• Operating room experience required, particularly with C-arms and O-arms
• Surgery fluoroscopy experience required
• Support all areas of Radiology including plain film imaging, operating room exams, and portable exams
• Experience with all age groups required (shift dependent)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Will float across multiple campuses: Iowa Lutheran and Methodist West
• Required certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (AHA)
• Active Iowa radiology license highly preferred
• Driver's license required
• Skills checklist specific to Radiology Technologist/X-Ray required
• Professional reference from charge/supervisor/nurse manager within 24 months preferred
• 16-hour NBO (non-billable orientation)
• Overtime billable after 40 hours per week for 36-40 hour assignments, after 48 hours for 48-hour assignments
