RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in Intensive Care (ICU) and Step-down (SDU) within the Intermediate Intensive Care Unit
• Develop, coordinate and deliver care to critically ill patients from adolescent to geriatric populations
• Care for a wide variety of patient diagnoses including medical, surgical, cardiac and neurosurgical cases
• Maintain standards of professional nursing practice
• Supervise CNA/SNA, LPN or other healthcare workers as assigned
• Float to Step-down unit frequently
• Work every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• 2+ years of ICU experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Michigan nursing license required with LARA and Nursys verification
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application required
• ASAP start needed
