RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional clinical knowledge and skills in patient care management
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 16-hour shifts with EPIC EMR system
• Overtime billable after 40 hours per week or after 48 hours per week depending on schedule
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Minimum 2 years of previous CCU or ICU RN experience required
• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS, ACLS (AHA)
• EPIC experience required
• Wisconsin state license required
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility (unless Madison with 10% rate reduction for locals)
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission required
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission
