Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work full-time 40 hours for the first 2 weeks during orientation period
• Weekend shift schedule: Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• May need to work flexible day and/or evening shifts during orientation
• Two (2) years of MRI experience required
• Must have GE or Siemens MRI scanner experience to be considered
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required
• ARRT certification or similar organization preferred (must be willing to obtain after starting)
• Must be familiar with all non-contrast exams, routine MSK, neuro, spine and occasional body MRI
• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
• Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort
• Document all procedures while maintaining patient information confidentiality
• Perform patient care tasks as needed
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of medical terminology required
