Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in a 4-room cardiac catheterization lab with 1 patient per room
• Day shift includes 1 Charge RN, Director, and 4 staff members per room (16 total per shift)
• Night shift operates with on-call teams of 3 members each (7 total)
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Work with all GE equipment and rooms
• Use Meditech and MacLab EMR systems
• Perform cardiac catheterizations, cerebral angiograms, stents, balloons, ENT lab procedures, and scrubbing
• Must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT
• RCIS certification preferred
• On-call duties are frequent and require flexibility to adapt to unit needs
• Fast-paced environment requiring critical thinking and patient care focus
• Must be a team player in a close-knit team environment
• Scrub color: surgical scrubs provided by unit
• Daily huddle calls and relationship development with Director, staff, and patients
