Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work in Emergency Department setting with fast-paced environment requiring excellent teamwork skills
• Patient ratios of 4:1 extending to 6:1 as needed
• Work with 14 ED beds, 6 bed observation unit, and 5 bed VTA
• Day shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 4 RN, 1 Medic, 1 Tech/UC
• Night shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 4 RN, 1 Medic, 1 Tech/UC
• Every other weekend schedule required with no on-call responsibilities
• Float between main campus and FSED locations
• Work with equipment including monitors, pumps, dynamap, EKG, rapid infuser, ultrasound, and other emergency equipment
• Use Meditech 5.6 EMR system
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, active nursing license
• Preferred certifications: ENPC, TNCC
• Must have experience with Meditech system
• Dress code requires teal scrubs
• Perform typical emergency department procedures and care

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
