Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in cardiac catheterization lab with 5 procedure suites
• Day shift schedule with on-call responsibilities for emergent night cases
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• Patient ratio of 1 patient to 3-4 staff members
• Required experience: Cardiac Cath, CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management), and PV (Peripheral Vascular) experience - candidates without these skills will not be considered
• Preferred experience: EP/ABL (Electrophysiology/Ablation)
• Work with advanced equipment including Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, and Rotoblator
• Use MacLab and Meditech EMR systems
• Perform diagnostic and interventional catheterization, peripheral vascular procedures, pacers, ICDs, Watchman, TAVR, and EP/ABL procedures
• Scrub color requirements: Radiology staff wear black scrubs
• Parking available in designated parking garage

This Level II Trauma Center operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization department with 5 modern procedure suites and advanced cardiovascular technology. The facility features a well-established team including experienced leadership with a director, clinical nurse coordinator, registered nurses, and technologists. The cardiac cath lab offers a full range of services from diagnostic procedures to complex interventional treatments, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and maintaining high standards for patient care and safety.
