RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work on a 29-bed medical surgical telemetry unit with 6:1 patient ratios
• Every other weekend scheduling requirement
• May be asked to float to other units as needed
• Work with equipment including PCA pumps, IV pumps, and telemetry monitoring
• Use Meditech Expanse documentation system
• LNA support available with no unit secretary
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must have dysrhythmia skills and at least 1 year of acute care experience
• Participate in bedside care conferences and safety rounding for patient experience
• Dress code requires clean and professional appearance with no specific scrub color requirement
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for medical surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
