RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Neuro/Trauma

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Travel assignment as backfill coverage
• Maintain 5:1 patient ratio on 3rd Floor Medical unit (33-bed capacity)
• Work with 30 staff members including 1 charge nurse per shift
• No technicians available - RNs provide comprehensive patient care
• Use Meditech EMR system for documentation
• Medical/surgical experience required - candidates without this experience will not be considered
• ACLS certification preferred
• Must demonstrate positive and flexible personality traits
• Perform typical medical/surgical procedures and care
• Provide specialized care for neurology and trauma patients
