RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Seasonal travel assignment on 10th floor Neuro Medical unit
• Patient ratio of 1:6 (estimated, not guaranteed)
• Work with 36-bed telemetry unit with 70 total staff members
• Night shift staffing includes 7 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs
• Required certification: BLS
• Preferred certification: NIH
• Work with Kangaroo Pumps and Meditech EMR system
• Perform typical telemetry procedures including medication drips, bubble studies, and EEG
• Ideal candidate has positive attitude, engaged personality, and flexibility
• Must be experienced travel RN to be considered for this position

Facility:

This medical center operates a comprehensive 36-bed neuro medical telemetry unit located on the 10th floor. The facility utilizes modern equipment including Kangaroo Pumps and Meditech EMR system, providing advanced neurological and cardiac monitoring services. The unit maintains a collaborative environment with experienced staff and focuses on delivering specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac and neurological monitoring.
