Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Seasonal travel position
• Work in Step-Down Unit 637 with 8 beds
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Night shift staffing includes 2 RNs and 1 PCT
• Must have dysrhythmia interpretation skills
• NIH stroke scale knowledge required
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Must be a great communicator and team-oriented
• Candidates without dysrhythmia interpretation skills will not be considered
• Located on 3rd floor of main building
Facility:
This healthcare facility operates a progressive care unit (step-down unit) providing intermediate-level care for patients who require more monitoring and intervention than general medical floors but less intensive care than ICU patients. The facility utilizes Meditech electronic medical records and maintains appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios to ensure quality patient care. The unit focuses on caring for patients with cardiac monitoring needs and neurological conditions requiring specialized assessment skills.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
