RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work on a 26-bed Medical Surgical unit
• Patient ratios of 1:6 or team nursing 1:9
• Every other weekend schedule required
• May float to other Medical Surgical units
• Work with Alaris IV pumps
• Use Meditech documentation system
• Perform hourly purposeful rounds and AIDET patient experience requirements
• Complete mandatory bedside shift reports
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Dress code requires Royal, Galaxy, Pewter Gray, or White scrubs
• Must demonstrate positive attitude, ability to work well with others, good time management skills, and effective communication
• Unit support includes charge nurse, unit secretary on days, and 2 PCTs
