Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work three 12-hour shifts, Friday through Sunday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekend shifts preferred
• Call expectations average 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per 8-week sign-up period
• 13-week assignment length
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Work as patient advocate and circulator while being a resource for the sterile field
• Experience needed in Ortho, Total Joints, Neuro, and Robotics
• Typical procedures include total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General)
• Very little ENT, Dental, Eyes, or plastics procedures
• Experience as circulator required, scrub experience preferred
• Work with variety of OR beds and equipment
• EMR system: Epic
• Required certifications: Alaska RN license, BLS, ACLS
• CNOR certification preferred
• Facility provides scrubs
• Positive outlook and willingness to work with team members essential
Facility:
This healthcare facility features 11 operating rooms on the second floor of the main hospital building. The operating room department operates with an average of 8 RNs, 8 scrub techs, and 5 surgical support techs during day shifts, with one charge RN and one scrub tech during night shifts with call team backup. The facility specializes in complex surgical procedures and maintains modern equipment to support diverse surgical needs.

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
