Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend coverage assignment for CT department
• Must have KSBHA license
• Required to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
• 2-3 years of CT experience preferred
• Siemens scanner experience preferred
• Must be able to back up X-ray technologist when they are in the OR
• Dress code requires black scrubs (not provided)
• Work with Siemens Somatom Plus 128 slice CT scanner
• Use Meditech EMR system and FUJI Synapse PACS
• Perform mixture of CT procedures including head, cervical spine, chest, abdomen, and pelvis
• Handle CTA studies for chest, neck, and abdomen
• Perform occasional CTA cardiac studies and CT lumbar/thoracic spine
• Execute CT head stroke protocols
• Scan primarily adult ED patients with some pediatric scans possible
• Handle adult inpatient scans as ordered
• Work in department that varies from busy to slow based on ED patient load

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
