RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours as needed
• 3+ years of nursing experience required
• Must have robotic, laparoscopic, microsurgery and neurosurgery experience
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1 (exemptions must be client approved)
• Dress code: Black scrubs required
• Work with EPIC EMR system
• Provide direct patient care for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort
• Must have ability to work in rapid paced environment, navigate multiple computer systems, and demonstrate good problem-solving skills
• Provide quality care in OR setting for surgical patients
• Work well in team environment but also work independently
