RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Night shift available on-call basis only
• On-call by rotation if need arises
• Patient ratio of 2 RNs + 2 RTs per patient during procedures
• Work with 4 cardiac catheterization lab rooms
• Team of approximately 20 RNs with 8-9 RNs staffed daily
• Work with GE and Philips equipment
• Use MacLab - Meditech EMR system
• Perform cardiac catheterizations, heart catheterizations, and peripheral procedures
• Handle A-fib/Flutter, SVT, VT procedures
• Participate in stroke and complex neuro interventions
• Recovery responsibilities for cath lab patients
• Hospital-provided scrubs required
• Must have ACLS, BLS, NIH, and current RN license
• Neuro and electrophysiology experience preferred
• Strong teamwork skills essential
