RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work on 6 South Diabetic Endocrine unit with 23-bed capacity
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Work alongside team of 6 RNs and 1-2 PCTs per shift
• Perform general medical-surgical practices and procedures
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Required to float to all acute care areas including med surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neurology, and orthopedics
• Must work 4 weekend shifts per schedule period (4 weeks)
• BLS certification required
• Strong time management skills essential
• Royal blue scrubs required dress code
• No specialized equipment requirements
