Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work in vascular specialty team in Level 1 trauma center operating room
• Flexible schedule options: either three 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:30 PM) or four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM-5:30 PM)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend schedule: 1:4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
• Call requirements: 5 weekday night call shifts (7:00 PM-7:00 AM) and 2 (24-hour) weekend shifts required in a 6-week period
• Weekend call averages 1:6 weekends per rotation
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• At least 2 years of OR experience required, minimum 1 year of OR vascular experience in Level 1 hospital
• Open case experience mandatory
• Endovascular experience preferred due to high volume of cases
• CNOR certification preferred
• Must have active Maine nursing license
• Work with equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot
• Use Epic EMR system
• Teal scrubs issued from hospital
• May be required to take assignments and provide breaks outside of vascular cluster
• Preferred experience includes General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental procedures

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
