Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Flexible schedule with option of three 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM) or four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Weekend requirements: 1:4 weekends with 12-hour shifts
• Call requirements: 5 weekday night call shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 weekend 24-hour call shifts required in a 6-week period
• Weekend call per rotation, averaging 1:6 weekends
• Must have Level 1 trauma experience and at least 1+ year of OR vascular experience
• Open case experience mandatory
• ENDOVASCULAR experience preferred due to high volume of cases
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Work with vascular team specialty on call model
• Cover three vascular rooms that run each day
• Equipment used: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot
• EMR system: Epic
• CNOR certification preferred
• Dress code: Teal scrubs issued from the hospital
• Must have active Maine nursing license
• Float requirements: May be required to take assignments and do breaks outside of vascular cluster

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
