RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts Monday through Friday with no weekends, holidays, or call requirements
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Provide direct patient care activities for teen and adult population in outpatient surgery center setting
• Perform orthopedic, urologic, plastics, and general surgical cases
• Must have 3+ years of experience with robotic, laparoscopic, microsurgery, and neurosurgery experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must be able to work in rapid-paced environment and navigate multiple computer systems
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and ability to provide quality care in OR setting
• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort
• Work well in team environment while also being able to work independently
• Use EPIC EMR system
• Dress code requires black scrubs
• Flu vaccination required for all travelers from November 1-April 1
