RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Work every other weekend
• Call requirements as needed
• Floating policy applies as needed
• 13-week assignment length
• 2+ years of hospital experience required
• 2+ years of specialty experience required
• PCU/Stepdown experience required
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Active RN license required (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Royal blue scrubs required for RNs
• Clean and healthy nails only (no artificial nails, gel, or next gen)
• Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors, pulled back if shoulder length or longer
• Body art should be covered whenever possible
• Only ear piercings permitted (no nose rings, tongue rings, etc.)
• Beards, mustaches and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed
• Company-wide attendance policy must be followed

This healthcare facility operates a progressive care unit (PCU) with telemetry monitoring on the 7th floor, providing intermediate level care for patients who require more intensive monitoring than general medical floors but less than intensive care units. The facility utilizes Meditech documentation systems and maintains high standards for patient care with specialized stepdown unit services.
