RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• Call requirements: any day scheduled, average around 5 or less per 8 weeks
• Night shift workers orient on day shift and must be available the entire week
• Float as required by facility
• Work with various equipment including DaVinci Robot
• Use EPIC EMR system
• Required: Current RN License (eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri)
• Required certification: BLS from AHA only
• 2 years Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience required (Teaching hospital experience will be considered)
• Must have Scrub and OR Circulator experience
• Preferred: Level 1 trauma with multiple years of experience
• Care for patients ranging from outpatient to critical care inpatient
• Must be highly motivated self-starter
• Dress code: Black scrubs required, no unprofessional attire or jeans
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1-April 1
• Perform direct patient care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Physical requirements include standing and walking most of the time, lifting and pushing patients, physical demands up to 50 lbs.
