Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Work 36 guaranteed hours per week with specific shift schedule
• Wednesday and Thursday shifts: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Friday and Saturday shifts: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Every Saturday weekend requirement
• No on-call requirements
• 2+ years of MRI experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT Certification
• Experience with patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Work experience in inpatient, ER, NICU, Adult ICU settings preferred
• Level I Trauma experience preferred
• General experience required: IV starts, PACS, contrast
• MRI procedure skills: abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, image post-processing, maximum intensity projection (MIP), multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), spin echo images, surface coils, T-1 & T-2 weighted images
• Preferred skills: CINE, perfusion, peripheral magnetic resonance, spectroscopy, prostate
• EPIC documentation system experience required
• Equipment/scanner experience: GE, Siemens
• Mobile team that responds to consultations with varying patient ratios
• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs per facility dress code policy
• No float requirements

The facility operates as a Level I Trauma center, offering specialized care across multiple departments and age groups from neonatal to geriatric patients. The imaging department utilizes modern equipment and EPIC electronic medical records system to deliver high-quality diagnostic services to both inpatient and emergency department patients.
