RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• Weekend hours required as needed by facility, typically every other weekend
• Call requirements as determined by facility
• 3+ years of Level III or higher NICU experience required
• Must have experience with STABLE protocols, bubble CPAP, high flow oxygen, and high-risk deliveries
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and NRP
• Preferred certification: NIHSS
• Patient ratios typically 1:2 or 1:3 (estimates, not guarantees)
• Float requirements as needed by facility, typically to mother/baby and pediatrics
• Work with GE equipment primarily and EPIC EMR system
• Dress code requires black scrubs only, no t-shirts with writing except approved M-Wear
• Must demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ideal candidate is a good team player with optimistic attitude, kindness, and great initiative
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1
