RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 13-week travel assignment starting as soon as possible
• 48-hour weekly guarantees may be requested
• Patient ratios: 1:4-6 depending on acuity
• Must be comfortable with med-surg and step-down levels of care
• Most shifts will have a mix of both levels per nurse
• Occasional floating required to help in critical care with low acuity patients
• 1+ year of experience required
• 1 year of PCU/Stepdown and Med Surg experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Auto offers only - no interviews required
• Required to work 1 major holiday per season
• Dress code: Any dark solid color scrubs
• Electronic medical record system: MedHost
• Blocked scheduling requests may be requested
• 21-bed unit
