Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM shifts
• Position located on 3rd floor Radiology department
• Work in 5 Interventional Radiology suites with 28 staff members
• Maintain 1:1:2 patient ratio (1 patient, 1 RN, 2 techs)
• Operate 4 Siemens Bi-plane systems and 1 Siemens Single plane system
• Use Meditech EMR and GE Centricity PACS systems
• Perform neuro interventions including stroke procedures, stent/coil placements, and vasospasm treatments
• Assist with trauma embolization, chemo embolization, and SIR Sphere embolizations
• Must have minimum 2 years interventional radiology experience
• Must be able to take call
• Preferred qualifications include neuro IR experience and VI registry
• Self-starter personality required with ability to take initiative
• Quick learner who works well in fast-paced environment
