Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 13-week assignment duration with start date as soon as possible
• 4 days of call per month required
• No floating between departments required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• ARRT CT certification required
• Both CT and X-ray experience required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with ARRT
• State license as general radiographer required
• Any scrub color acceptable
• EMR system: Medhost
• Auto offers only - no interviews required
• Provide professional, timely, accurate diagnostic CT examinations as prescribed by referring physicians
• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Responsible for basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Must demonstrate knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy
• Provide CT care to both inpatient and outpatient populations under direction of radiologist and departmental protocols
