RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work full-time 36 hours per week with every other weekend required
• Provide care for observation unit patients with 4:1 patient ratio during days and 5:1 during nights
• Float on a rotating system to meet hospital needs
• Work in a fast-paced, energetic, and friendly environment
• Triage acute care patients and identify life-threatening rhythms
• Perform glucose monitoring, Foley insertion, dressing changes, EKGs, and peritoneal dialysis
• Use equipment including Alaris pumps, tele-tracking, Imobile Communication, B450 monitors, and Pyxis
• Document using Meditech system
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, and EKG rhythm certification
• Neuro and cardiac experience requested
• Dress code requires black scrubs for RNs with closed-toed shoes (no crocs allowed)
• Work on a newly built unit with brand new equipment and technology
