RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Travel assignment in Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU)
• Patient ratios of 1:2 standard, 1:1 for high acuity patients including post-CABG patients
• Work with advanced equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia devices, and ECMO
• Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC or ATCN
• Preferred certification: NIH
• Care for trauma patients, post-CABG patients, post-TAVR patients, and general post-surgical ICU patients
• Perform procedures involving chest tubes, central lines, and medication drips
• Must demonstrate driven, organized, and efficient work style with positive attitude and engagement
• 26-bed unit with experienced nursing team of 15 staff members
• Work alongside 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Tech per shift
