Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Perform CT scans, body scans, and X-rays
• Create detailed pictures of bones, organs, and tissues for accurate assessment
• Work with all GE equipment including MRI units, scanners, cameras, x-ray, and fluoroscopy
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Call requirements: 4-6 shifts per month on off days
• Work with day shift team including director, radiologist, and 6-7 techs
• Night shift includes charge RN, on-call team, and 3-4 techs depending on volume
• Patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 depending on patient stability
• Must have ARRT (CT), BLS, and Florida State DOH License
• Experience with GE equipment and Meditech strongly preferred
• Dress code: black scrubs required (must provide own)
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills and medical/anatomical knowledge
• Need mechanical aptitude and ability to multi-task
• Work with variety of physicians, radiologists, and patients
