RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in Oncology (632) telemetry unit
• 15-bed unit with 1:5 patient ratios
• Unit staffing includes 3 RNs and 1 PCT per shift on both day and night shifts
• Work with telemetry monitoring equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Required certifications: BLS
• Telemetry experience required - candidates without this skill will not be considered
• Stroke experience preferred and will be given priority consideration
• Positive personality and attitude essential for unit culture
• Navy scrubs required as part of dress code
• Floating assignments may be required
• 2 positions available
