Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
RN - NICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Travel assignment for 41-bed Level II-III NICU
• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4 (1:4 is rare)
• Work with specialized equipment including HFOV, central lines, conventional vents, CPAP, NIPPV, and ostomy care
• Required to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• No on-call responsibilities
• Level II-III NICU experience required (candidates without this experience will not be considered)
• Level III-IV experience preferred
• Handle typical procedures including surgery (except heads/hearts), respiratory support, and micropremie care
• Must maintain teamwork-oriented approach
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
• May float to nursery as needed
• Dress code requires royal blue scrubs
• Use EMR systems: CPN and Meditech

The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art neonatal equipment and technology to support complex cases, specializing in Level II-III NICU services with capabilities for micropremie care and various surgical procedures.

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
