RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Orthopedic Spine

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Travel assignment for orthopedic spine unit (616)
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Work with 34-bed unit specializing in orthopedic spine care
• Night shift staffing includes 1 Charge Nurse, 5 RNs, and 3 PCTs
• Experience with traction equipment required
• Familiarity with spine, hip, and joint precautions preferred
• Knowledge of total joint and spine procedures helpful
• EMR system: Meditech
• Must be outgoing, compassionate team player
• Work on brand new unit with modern facilities and equipment
