RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 or 48 weekly guaranteed hours (must be specified on submission)
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Float on a rotational basis
• Patient ratios vary: nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees)
• Must have 1 year telemetry experience, inpatient only
• Experience and competence in drug titration required
• Trauma experience preferred
• Current RN License (eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri)
• Required certifications: BLS from AHA, 4 trauma credits (must complete within first two weeks if not obtained), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Preferred certification: ACLS from AHA
• Work with specialty surgery patients including GI/GU/ENT/Urology
• Equipment includes Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment
• EMR system: EPIC
• Dress code: Black scrubs required
• Night shift orientation occurs on day shift - must be available entire week
• Calm demeanor, collaborative, and communicative personality preferred
• This is an auto-offer position
