RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work variable shifts in a 24-bed acute care unit
• Maintain patient ratios of 6-7:1
• Schedule requires three 12-hour shifts
• Limited floating - rare occurrences
• Use Cerner documentation system
• Work with standard med/surgical equipment
• Must have care of geriatric patients or past inpatient rehab experience (swing bed patients)
• Advanced wound care skills needed
• Perform minor procedures on unit
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and CPI preferred
• Unit operates without HUC, tech support, or extra RN when no tech available
• Dress code requires all navy uniforms or navy top with white bottoms
• Provide concierge-level service to affluent community patients
• Work within excellent culture and teamwork environment
