Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours (must be indicated on submission form)
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Float requirements: None
• Patient ratios: 4:1 routinely (ratios not guaranteed during surge conditions)
• Work in a 68-bed Emergency Department treating 200+ patients per day
• Handle high acuity cases as Level 1 trauma, stroke, STEMI center and regional burn center
• Required experience: 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 OR 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility (must be indicated on resume)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only; TNCC; NIHSS (may obtain prior to start)
• Current RN license required (Missouri license or eligible for Missouri licensure)
• EMR system: EPIC
• Dress code: Black scrubs required
• Block schedules cannot be accommodated
• Night shift orientation conducted on day shift - must be available entire week
• RTO must be made up on back end, not approved in first week
• Holiday RTO: can request only 1 per assignment
• Auto-offer position available
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1-April 1

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
