RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• 13-week travel assignment
• Work on a 20-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• 2 years of hospital experience required
• 2 years of PCU experience required
• Must have active compact license at submission
• Must have New Hampshire RN license at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIAH
• Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills and critical drip experience required
• Preferred: Pre/post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience
• Work with GE cardiac monitoring and Hospira IV pumps
• Use Expanse EMR system
• Float to Med Surg, ICU (for border patients), and Emergency Department (for ED holds)
• Work every other weekend or equivalent if staffing needs require
• Professional dress code with no required scrub colors
• Must be self-directed, confident, positive, and have strong communication skills
