RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work variable 12-hour shifts with 3 shifts per week scheduling requirement
• Care for 24-bed acute care unit with 6-7:1 patient ratios
• Floating required but rare occurrence
• Work with standard medical/surgical equipment and Cerner documentation system
• Must have experience with geriatric care or inpatient rehab (swing bed patients)
• Advanced wound care skills needed
• Perform minor procedures on the unit
• Required certification: BLS
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, CPI
• Work without unit secretary, tech support, or extra RN when tech unavailable
• Provide concierge-level service to affluent community patients
• Dress code requires all navy scrubs or navy top with white bottoms
• Join a unit with excellent culture and strong teamwork environment
