Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 weekend night shifts, Friday-Saturday-Sunday from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call requirements
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in CT department required
• Trauma experience required
• Travel experience required
• Must hold American Registry of Radiological Technologists ARRT(R) certification
• ARRT(CT) certification required
• State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography required
• AHA BLS certification required within 60 days upon hire
• Produce diagnostic CT scans and assist radiologists in diagnostic procedures
• Provide patient care for neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Coordinate daily workflow and assist with throughput of ER, inpatients, and outpatients
• Administer IV contrast materials under radiologist direction
• Operate sophisticated CT imaging units and image storage systems
• Handle advanced imaging for trauma, stroke, code aorta cases
• May be required to float to other departments based on competency level
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts
• Subject to call-off without penalty with 48 hours notice for low census
