RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Schedule consists of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
• Must work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Weekend shifts can be completed as Friday/Saturday/Sunday for 2 weeks or broken up throughout the schedule
• Must be willing to float to other units as needed
• Preferred start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
• 2+ years of experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Arizona nursing license required
• Provide care to PCU/Telemetry patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe patient care delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel
