Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work night shifts in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Provide care to NICU patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgement, and leadership in patient care planning
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience levels
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Required certifications: Vent, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE
• Must wear navy scrubs
• Work with ventilators and advanced neonatal life support equipment
• Hold shift accountability for safe delivery of patient care
• Anticipate and plan for complex neonatal care needs

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
