Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
• Must have electrophysiology (EP) experience - this is a critical requirement
• Operate essential cardiac catheterization lab equipment including fluoro imaging and digital image acquisition
• Prepare catheterization lab and maintain stringent aseptic technique during procedures
• Document patient information and hemodynamic measurements accurately
• Collaborate with medical team to ensure optimal patient care and departmental efficiency
• Serve as radiation safety representative during X-ray usage
• Support and anticipate physician needs during procedures while ensuring patient safety
• Set up and operate cath lab equipment including imaging systems, contrast injectors, hemodynamic systems, and specialized devices
• Maintain proficiency in access site management and patient positioning
• Participate in daily room checks and supply stocking
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA only)
• Preferred certifications include RCIS, RCES, RCS by CCI, or ARRT registrations
• Graduate from accredited radiology technology school or associate's degree in healthcare-related field required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-1 year of acute care experience preferred
• Texas state licensure required (MRT or LMRT by TMB)

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
