RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Alternative work schedule
• No on-call requirements
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• California RN License required
• Responsible for planning, directing, assessing and providing nursing care
• Work under leadership of Unit Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and/or Charge Nurse
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge and skill with high sense of responsibility
• Serve as role model/leader and educator
• Provide support in mentoring and retention of nurses
• Critical needs position to provide coverage for staff out on FMLA
• No local candidates accepted
