Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work night shifts on Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday with some schedule variation
• No on-call responsibilities required
• Must be ARRT registered in Radiology and cross-trained in CT (minimum requirement)
• ARRT CT certification optional
• Work with Siemens Definition AS and Force CT scanners, GE and Philips XR systems
• Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Must be licensed by the state as a general radiographer
• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Knowledge required of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy
• Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient populations under radiologist direction and departmental protocols
