Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Call requirements: Yes
• 13-week assignment length
• Must have at least 2+ years of emergency room experience
• Required certifications: PALS or ENPC, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS
• Preferred certifications: CEN
• Must have active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Meditech experience preferred
• Required to float as needed per Methodist Floating Policy
• Perform procedures including conscious sedation, participate in intubations, behavioral health watch, sepsis care, stroke care (TPA administration), and chest pain protocols
• Dress code: Navy scrubs for RNs with white, navy, or black undershirts and jackets
• Nail policy: No acrylics, no longer than one inch, clean with no chipped polish
• Hair must be off shoulders and natural color
• Body art should be covered when possible
• Only ear piercings allowed

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
