RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Neuro

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with 3x12 schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Patient ratios of 5:1, occasionally 4:1
• 31-bed unit including new expansion wing
• Rotating weekend schedule every other week
• Float requirements as needed
• 2+ years of experience required
• Strong med-surg background with demonstrated stroke experience required
• Neuro experience preferred
• Current RN license required (must meet Missouri licensure criteria)
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR system used
• Black scrubs required
• Care for neuro/med-surg patients with high stroke volume
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills

The hospital features a dedicated Neuro Medical Surgical Unit with modern equipment and has recently expanded with a new wing to better serve patients.
