Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 schedule with varied days and varied dayshift hours
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Call requirements to be discussed during interview
• Minimum two years clinical experience in departmental specialty required
• Must be able to perform X-ray procedures
• Required licenses: American Registry of Radiological Technologists ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) Registry, State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography
• AHA BLS certification required within 60 days upon hire
• Produce diagnostic CT scans and assist radiologist in diagnostic procedures
• Provide patient care for neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Coordinate daily workflow and assist with throughput of ER, in-patients, and outpatients
• Administer IV contrast materials under radiologist direction
• Operate sophisticated CT imaging units and image storage systems
• May be required to float to other areas based on competency level
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts
• Must maintain current CPR certification and complete mandatory in-services
