RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work variable 3x12 hour shifts (specific schedule to be discussed at interview)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours as needed
• No call requirements
• Work in ED Clinical Decision Unit coordinating, planning, directing, and implementing nursing process in medical-surgical setting
• 25-bed unit with average daily patient flow of 70-80 patients
• Typical ER patients
• Patient ratios based on average daily flow
• Float requirements customary
• Use EPIC EMR system
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• Black scrubs required
• Must be team player, willing to help, pleasant and caring towards patient outcomes
