RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Schedule is 3x12 hours per week with 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• Call requirements as required by facility
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Must have 2+ years of medsurg or telemetry experience in an acute care hospital
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHS
• Float requirements as needed by facility
• Work with IV pumps, computers, glucometer, and GE monitoring equipment
• Use EPIC electronic medical records system
• Utilize nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining confidentiality
• Must be flexible, dependable, hardworking with strong teamwork skills
• Dress code requires black scrubs or M-wear
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1
• Flexible contract length of 8-26 weeks available
